As part of its open-network strategy and the commitments provided by Wyre to the Belgian Competition Authority in connection with the fiber and wholesale cooperation project between Proximus/Fiberklaar and Telenet/Wyre, Wyre makes the following documents publicly available.
General documents
The Template Agreement contains the general commercial, operational and legal terms applicable to Wyre’s wholesale products. It is accompanied by a high-level overview of the contents of its annexes.
In addition, Wyre publishes the Key Terms for HFC and Passive FTTx services. These Key Terms contain the principal service-specific terms published by Wyre in implementation of its commitments vis-à-vis the Belgian Competition Authority and are already incorporated into the Template Agreement and its annexes. Amendments to these Key Terms are subject to the procedures set out in those commitments, including supervision by the Monitoring Trustee.
The complete annexes to the Template Agreement will be made available to interested wholesale customers following the execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
HFC Wholesale Services
The HFC Key Terms contain the principal service-specific terms applicable to HFC Wholesale Services and are already incorporated into and should be read together with the Template Agreement and its annexes. Amendments to these Key Terms are subject to the procedures set out in the commitments, including supervision by the Monitoring Trustee (i.e. BIPT).
Passive FTTx Wholesale Services
The FTTx Key Terms contain the principal service-specific terms applicable to Passive FTTx Wholesale Services and are already incorporated into and should be read together with the Template Agreement and its Annexes. Amendments to these Key Terms are subject to the procedures set out in the commitments, including supervision by the Monitoring Trustee (i.e. BIPT).
Applying for wholesale services
Operators wishing to use HFC or Passive FTTx Wholesale Services may submit an application by email to sales@wyre.be or by registered post to: Wyre BV – Wholesale Department, Blarenberglaan 2C, 2800 Mechelen.
